“Great, friendly service from the AMC team. Positive experience from start to finish: Catherine was really helpful in arranging our survey and sorting the paperwork, the surveyor offered good packing advice and the team on the day were efficient, professional and cheerful. All our stuff was moved safely, securely and in very good time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend AMC.”

“Totally professional, bent over backwards to accommodate our ever changing moving date, friendly manner on phone and during removal, would highly recommend everyone in the team.”

“Moved 4 bed house contents from Kent to Fife in the worst part of the worst winter we have had for years. Angus and Adam who crewed the truck could not have been more helpful. Worked liked Trojans to ensure that the journey to Scotland was achieved in the available "window" while we following on a day later were held up for two nights by blocked roads. Furniture was then stored for a week due to weather delaying entry to new house and 2 part deliveries also with very helpful crews were made exactly as we needed. The initial and ongoing contacts with all office staff also could not be more helpful and we were accommodated in all variations required in the house sale and purchase process (including one chain failure!) If we ever think about moving again, AMC will be first call!”

“AMC Removals were first class from the initial phone call to request information right through to moving day. Our original moving date was delayed due to roads being closed due to heavy snow. Once the all clear was given the AMC Team showed up on time and emptied our belongings from our home quickly and without any issues. On arrival at our new home the AMC Team were already there waiting. When we received our keys to our new home the AMC Team unloaded their truck and placed our belongings into the rooms of our choice. We were so happy to have booked our moving day with AMC Removals, as they were professional and friendly throughout, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you AMC Removals !”

“I can't recommend AMC removals enough, 10/10 from start to finish. We've used them twice now, with this last one going over to Ireland. We've done 14 moves whilst in the armed forces and I think we've used most of the bigger companies but each move resulted in either breakages or missing boxes. AMC outshine their competitors in every aspect. Not only were they cheaper than the big companies we got quotes from but their whole attitude was night and day in comparison. Their staff were in uniform and you can see that they all take pride in their work. The guys were polite, friendly and very professional. I was able to just to sit back and let someone else do the all work for a change! All my furniture arrived safely.....even the hot tub :) Thanks again for a stress free move!”

“Great care taken when removing items to/from the house etc. They also had the correct equipment with them also (additional covers/carriers/strappings etc). Hard working individuals - good communication at all times.”

“The team that moved us were efficient, fast, respected our belongings and a pleasure to deal with. We were moved out of our old house and into our new house by 1.30pm, which was a lot faster than we expected. No negative issues to comment on at all. We will be moving again in a few months and will definitely be using AMC again for this. Thanks to all involved at AMC for making a potentially stressful day as stress free as possible.”

“We were very impressed with your service moving my Mothers possessions From East Lothian to Cumbria. From the initial contact through to the final delivery. The lads were amazing, they were very polite and friendly. They got on with the job in hand. Items were well packed and delivered carefully. Great care was taken entering the house even with 7" of snow outside! All involved are a credit to your company. Quite frankly we were amazed the move went ahead with the adverse weather conditions. Train and bus services had been cancelled, schools were closed but AMC pushed through and delivered on their promise! Now that's dedication! We would have no hesitation in using your service again or recommending your company to others. Once again a huge, huge thank you to you all concerned.”

“AMC did a great job of our removal. The initial survey was carried out in a very professional and helpful way and when we had questions they were quickly answered. The packing took place on one of the snowiest days in winter but the team arrived on time and set to work quickly and efficiently. The original plan was to pack one day and to move us the next but when the second team arrived and the the work went on quickly we were asked if we would like to move on the same day! This was achieved and everything was moved into the new house, beds were rebuilt and everything was put where we wanted it - all by 6:30pm the same evening. A team even came back a few days later to move our washing machine and dishwasher into place as that couldn't be done on the removal day. We would certainly recommend AMC for a professional, careful, helpful and reasonably priced removal service.”

“We were very pleased with the team which did our removal. The assessor was friendly ,polite and helpful when looking around our house and explained the service as one to take the stress off us for the moving day and I felt this was the case. They arrived the day before and packed up for a few hours then came back the following day packed and moved the rest. They were efficient, friendly and helpful and packed fragile items with care. They labelled most of the boxes which made unpacking a lot easier. I would recommend AMC removals as I felt they gave us an excellent service for a fair price (compared to a local competitor).”

“Good price, pleasant people; courteous service, quick and efficient. I would have prefered not to to be asked to give feedback 3 times - on paper then online twice, after I had not had the time (or internet connection) to respond to the first email. Moving is stressful enough without being nagged to fill forms in!”
