“Did not get my mat on the day that said I would get it 🤔”

We're sorry to hear that this customer experienced a late delivery for their order. I've investigated this and can see that this was due to a rare stock error on our system. As soon as this was realised we emailed the customer to let them know they would be a short delay whilst we completing the order, and also refunded their delivery charge in full as an apology for the delay. “Yes if I could tune it in to the television I brought it would be good but cannot get it to tune in. Went to Internet to find the code for the tv but it will not work so can't review something which won't work.”

“Grandson loved his new pet dog. Constant stroking him and takes him to bed every night. Real life breathing looks so real! Only thing I would suggest is to have an on/off switch to control the breathing. When you listen to its breathing it sounds more like a cat purring but this is not a problem to my grandson. Would be good if the dog was made a little softer as it is quite hard and stiff when holding. I guess it depends who it is bought for! I must say it is a lovely looking dog and breathing movement is realistic!!”

“Instructions are poorly translated into English and not easy to understand, needed a tracking SIM to set it up, battery to big for sensor had to break a clip to fit the sensor together, not easy to set up. That said it does what's needed without the user having to do anything more than break the sensor beam for everyone to know they are ok - just hope it continues to work ok for years to come.”

“We bought this for my dad, as he kept forgetting to take his medication. It's good, he says it has a good loud alarm and you can set it for up to 4 reminders a day. My only issue with it is that after following the instructions carefully, we still couldn't record our own message which would have been nicer for dad as apposed to a loud alarm noise, but apart from that it's doing the job nicely.”

“Works well at one level but haven’t been able to set up favourites. I am following videos and instructions but for example when I set 1,2,3,10 and 20 it darts from 1 to 3 then 2 then 21 then 31 so that aspect useless!”

The product in question was a remote control that we are currently offering at £2 below RRP and also currently at the lowest price we can find online, although we do appreciate that this particular remote control can be more expensive than standard remote controls that are available. We do always try to remain price competitive and are always adjusting our prices to ensure our customers receive the best prices available.

“I sent the product back because, although the talking watch looked to be good quality, it was large and bulky for a lady's watch and much to big for my partner who is quite small.”

“It is not fair that Friends of pub singer Sharon Holdstock Wallace are posting duff reviews ,because the ladies from the care homes make similar twiddle mats and fidget boards from donations made for items , none of which i must say are not to BSS standards comply with safe legislation this lady along with these items they are making should be reported to trading standards ,if they truly cared about the people they are making for they would not put them in danger”
