“Love this little pup. Has made a great difference in my emotional state. Have only given it 4 stars as I would have liked it to have a little padding so that it was softer along its back. Otherwise can't fault.”

“The clock is nice and clear and useful to have the date and day. However, battery compartment for two AAA batteries was troublesome. Battery kept popping out of the connection when I lifted it up to the wall. Had to reset the date a number of times until I used tape to hold the batteries in. Bit annoying.”

“Bought one for my wife in hospital after stroke /dementia diagnosis . I was delighted at her positive response to music we had enjoyed throughout our lives together ,over 50 yrs . Tapping her thighs in tune with the music Encouraging her to dance with me and even correcting my dance steps .I gave her Sennheiser headphones with it . Only criticism ! Volume control -- Access to 2 small holes under player can be tricky .”

“Very easy to operate and easy for person with more mobility and memory. Uploading music was straightforward. Only downside is can not transfer music from apple products easily I had to change music to mp3files. That said it is great.”

“I bought a dog to see if it would help my granddaughter sleep at night. She loves the dog but it wasn’t quite as I’d expected. I thought it would be soft for her to cuddle but it is quite hard and rigid on the underside which is a pity. It would be handy if there was a switch to turn off the breathing / battery instead of having to unscrew the cover and remove it. My own dog and cat were quite wary of it to begin with !”

“I bought this for my 101 year old mother who has dementia and very little sight. It is a great comfort to her. However, I felt the spaniels breathing was very feint and although the batteries last 2 months, it is difficult to change them. It would have been better if there had been a switch to turn it off when not in use.”

“The product and presentation is good, really interesting. The only thing I would add as a tip for Alz Products is that the writing on the photographs needs to be larger as the font is far too small for an elderly person to see, also, I ordered the book in November for someone who was 90 this year but, there was no page for 2020 and I think it would have been good to have at least some pictures from this year given that it was not ordered until the 11th month of the year. Overall, the product is good, it just needs those two areas improving of font size and pictures from the earlier part of the year ordered.”
