“Good range of productd”

“I bought this for my mother who has some vascular dementia. She often pulls at her fingers so I thought this would be a great product for her. Having read the reviews and despite the cot I bought it. Unfortunately she was not interested despite encouragement from both me and my sister. A pity. It was very difficult to tell if she would like it but I am glad I was able to have a refund.”

“Somewhat disappointed; although the Dachshund puppy looks very sweet, it is very stiff and feels un-lifelike to hold; my Mjm was quite traumatised thinking her dog had died!”

“I bought this for my father - he has dementia but knew immediately that this was not a real cat. It is completely flat underneath so does not feel like a cat - and one of the first thing he noticed was the ears, which are not soft at all but very hard & spikey.”

“The floor pressure mat with buzzer does Alert me immediately my brother steps out of bed. I am very pleased with this product. However, the reason for 3 star and not 5 star review is that the mat is slippery , when stepping out of bed the foot pressure pushes the mat away from the bed therefore is a fall hazard even with a heavy mat on top of it it still slides. To alleviate this we have fitted heavy double sided tape to fix over mat to sensor mat and heavy duty velcro tape to over mat to carpet. This had been successful but an unexpected expense.”

“The fur is not soft and areas near the paws are matted almost as if melted. The area near the battery is poorly attached and again rough cut around the battery area underneath- looks cheap and thrown together. The puppy’s heart/ sleeping sound is very low therefore making it motorised sounding, overall the product is cheaply made and not cute.”

There is a noise, but this is a soft mechanical sound when the chest rises and falls, which can sometimes be interpreted as breathing. “A 5* product if you’re looking for a heavy dish that gives the impression it’s sturdy porcelain. However for us it’s a bit too heavy for someone with limited strength in their hands and we were hoping for something lighter.”

“Received day clock within 5 working days well packaged only problem was a very loose foot and a very loose top ring managed to tighten everything but this was a similar issue to another review very easy to set up and working fine.”
