“There was a delay in me receiving the product which was due to an instrument not passing the pre dispatch checks and there not being another in stock. I was given the choice of choosing a different brand, waiting or getting a refund. I chose to wait and the instrument arrived within the timescale I had been told and was dispatched so as to arrive on a day that was convenient to me. The dispatch company were great, I called them on the day and they gave me a two hour slot so I didn't have to wait in any longer than necessary. Superb service and the product was exactly as described.”

“I ordered a fender champion 100 amp. It was delivered within the time frame set by allegro, communication was ok and it was very well packaged. Awesome amp, the only one I will ever need. I would order from them again if needed and also recommend them.”
