“After just leaving a different music shop in Newcastle and talking to a stranger, that man told me not to deal with this music shop but to purchase from Allegro Music as they are much cheaper and offer extra deals. After phoning Allegro Music today as I wish to order a Yamaha Keyboard, I got an excellent response for my very first time in dealing with them and I am more than certain that if I wish to buying anything in the future, I now know that this is the firm for me.”

“The service from Allegro Music is fantastic! I made an email inquiry late in the afternoon, expecting the reply to be sent the following day like most other companies... I received the answers to all my questions within a couple of hours. After procrastinating about a Revelation RJT60 Quad guitar (which is fantastic by-the-way!) I bit the bullet and finally bought one the following afternoon. It was sent overnight and arrived the following morning!”

“I Spoke with Emma who was very pleasant helpful and efficient 1 Ordered my Yamaha CVP 705 I was pleasantly surprised at the way everything came together. The delivery men were brilliant there was a lot of snow fell; some of the roads were closed butl took delivery 2 hours early the two men did a grand job everything went like clockwork thank you Emma. A pleasure recommending Allegro music l am the proud owner of a Yamaha CVP 705 Thank you l got bargain”

“I ordered a Revelation RTS 57 Arctic White guitar from Allegro Music - not only is it a fantastic guitar (especially for the money - no kidding, I've played custom shop Stratocasters that don't feel or sound as good as this one does!) but it was delivered quickly along with a gig bag and a guitar tuner! Excellent service and the value for money was out of this world!”

“Bought a Yamaha arranger keyboard (model psr s775) after much deliberation as to which model and the best price. Allegro music had exactly what I wanted and were the most competitive. Once the decision was made and order placed, deliver was incredibly quick and trouble free. Can't fault them! Really like the keyboard by the way, it was the correct decision.”

“I was looking for a replacement digital piano and carried out a fair bit of research on what model to buy. In the end we settled on a Yamaha piano and found the price and service with Allegro music excellent. The piano was delivered on time and is now set up and in our lounge.”

“In January 2019 I tried to buy a Tyros2 from Allegro's web site only to receive an email which said sorry it had been sold. The email included an offer for a Tyros3 at a modest amount more than the Tyros2. Being concerned about its condition, whether it had warranty and also requiring a stand, stool and dust cover I phoned Allegro and spoke Ben Maskell who was informative and very helpful. Ben assured me that the keyboard was in excellent condition, had a two year warranty and that he would include the additional items within the quoted price. All items were delivered less than a week later by the local store van. The keyboard was in excellent condition, as new, the bass speaker had a few scratchers and the user manual dog eared but readable. The two years warranty was in fact three years. I am very pleased with my purchase and will be signing up for some Allegro lessons in the not to distant future.”
