“Purchased a Bass guitar for my sons Birthday from Allegro Music, as it was his first instrument and I have little knowledge of Bass guitars, I put myself in their hands for expert advice. Excellent service and demonstration, they understood that I wanted an entry level instrument and did not try to push a more expensive sale. Very helpful staff, and very cool shop to browse an awesome collection of guitars.”

“Everything seemed great and went smoothly in the choice and purchasing. Had an email soon after the order to say that it would be delivered within 2-4 working days, which was great! Unfortunately that was Monday. It’s now Saturday and I’m disappointed to say that it hasn’t arrived within its time frame, as it was the main present for my sons Birthday tomorrow.”

“I had about two years lessons with Annette at your Chelmsford branch. I found Annette a very competent teacher and looked forward to attending her lessons. I also used your finance programmes twice and these were carried out with no problems. All in all my go to shop for anything musical”
