“It was my first time at the shop , I was served by Tom , he was so helpful and informative I will definitely be returning, great experience 😊”

“This was a shop visit with a Gait analysis. Bryan was very helpful, attentive and professional. he gave me his full attention despite the shop becoming very busy shortly after I arrived. I am very happy with the shoes I purchased and the advice given for future trail and road shoe purchses.”

“Fantastic service at Alexandra Sports. Was talked through the whole process and clear explanations given to any questions I had. The right shoes for me weren’t in stock so instead of trying to sell me the wrong pair, I was asked to come back later which I appreciated. Also given extra great advice around nutrition and other top tips.”

A selection of trainers were recommended and I was able to test them out, without feeling any pressure to purchase… although I did buy a smashing pair which have had a couple of outings and feel great!”

All options were given and discussed, decision taken to go with moulded soles to resolve my problems. All in all a pleasurable experience - no wonder these guys are so busy! Only bugbear was parking - spaces for 4-5 vehicles and then you're finding space on the street!”
