“The whole experience from booking online and the customer service in store was amazing. I was a bit hesitant at first as I thought most of the customers looked like seasoned runners and I don’t eve like runner but I do enjoy the gym. The young man that served me (wish I got his name) was just brilliant and made me feel at ease. I have quite flat feet which I get embarrassed about but he certainly put me at ease. I wish I had done this process years ago and saved myself endless purchases of trainers which were never quite right. I bought trainers and insoles and including the analysis it all came in at £160 what a bargain. I have already been promoting the shop to friends and family.”

Given the expert advice that Alexandra Sports gave my wife a few years back when she had a problem, there was only one place I was going to go, to get myself an appropriate pair of shoes. Dawn at Alexandra Sports was so attentive to detail and did a very thorough research of my condition. “I've been a customer at Alexandra sports for over 38 years and booked an appointment as I've recently joined a gym and required new trainers.At my appointment I was served by a guy who seemed pretty uninterested and did not help put me at ease. He didn't offer much advice and seemed like he couldn't have cared less. I did make a purchase which I am satisfied with but it was a ver different experience to ones I've had in the past”
