“Quick delivery, good website and service!!”

“Having placed and order for gift vouchers on the 16/11/2019 and receiving an email on the 18/11/2019 to say that the order was on its way I was beginning to panic as the vouchers didn't arrive until Monday 24/11/2019. They had been posted 2nd class and I just think that with money involved they should have either been sent 1st class or preferably signed for.”

“Quickly supplied Brooks' latest version of the Adrenaline GTS at a discounted price and my first run today in them, having used them in the past, did not disappoint. I have been off the road several months with a badly bruised heel/plantar strain and it still lingers a bit but I did not have any trouble flexing the foot and, so far, no after-effects. AS invited me for a gait check and this may well be useful to me when I get chance to call in. Thanks a lot to the store. Dave Cunliffe Bath”

“Excellent service for my order of miscellaneous “bits” for my running life. Many thanks. So nice to have an independent source for my gear rather than the ubiquitous on-the-web giants.”

“Unfortunately due to an inventory error my online order could not be fulfilled. But every effort was made to obtain the product and to post it to me first class. I was well pleased with the attitude of the person handling my order and for the efficient completion to my satisfaction.”

“Easy to use website and as I live only about 7 miles from their Portsmouth store I was able to collect my Brooks Walking shoes from the store. So I was able to try the shoes in store and confirm that they were a good fit. The member of staff who dealt with me in the store was very professional, friendly and helpful. I have used Alexandra Sports for many years and would have no hesitation in recommending them.”
