“The quality of Akita work is outstanding. However, since we have been a customer it is noticeable that it is taking much longer for a engineer to become available to fix your technical problem. We have been very busy and if with have to wait a over several hours before someone can connect to our computer to correct the problem it has an severe impact on our business. So if the response time can be faster it would be great.”
