“I have used Akita for three years now and they have always been tip top. The support team are friendly and knowledgable. They always comply with our SLA. Recently we have made changes to our emails which could have resulted in considerable down time, but James worked until 22:00 and then was signed on again and running tests at 07:00 which resulted in us being fully operational by 09:00. Five stars well earned!”

“Hi I have given them 5 stars but when I first contacted them I was not at all happy, my wife insisted I call as she was certain we had a Yezo bear in our garden so I rang these expecting a Cost and delivery time of a Japanese Akita dog ... wow was I surprised when they said that they were in fact an IT company !!!
Luckily for me I also had an IT issue that they sorted in double quick time so although initially unhappy they astonished me with their superb customer experience.
