“Arrived in time very good service unfortunately I had a noisy sandal and the only way to return it was if not used which of course was already trial out. Beautiful looking product but for the price the noise is not worth it!”

“Poor customer service, I felt like no one wanted to help me when my package was sent back due to an error in my address and I had to repurchase even tho my orignal purchase was made because I was able to discount most of the s&h because I am in the states. Hopefully the shoes are comfy and cute cause I probably would not shop here again alone on customer service. Still waiting on my reorder to get here”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, i've took a look back at the email thread and can see our customer service team helped you the best they could, we were unable to stop the package being returned to us from the courier as this is their policy. Unfortunately as you missed part of your address off when you placed your order with us the courier was unable to deliver this to you Thanks x

“Great shoes-love them. Just a bit disappointed that the 10% off wasn’t automatically allocated as I did a quick buy an Apple Pay. Also it took two attempts to deliver my item by Royal mail as they won’t leave parcels which is a bit disappointing especially during the current situation where more couriers are opting for contact free delivery.”

“Excellent service however the sandals I bought wasn’t like they were in pictures. The shoes are crisp white in pictures but once received they were an off white colour. Little disappointed. Overall good service with AJ voyage though”

“I’m wide footed and bought a pair of sliders from AJ, the fit was perfect around my foot but had to reorder in the next size as it was a very snug fit. I’d deffo recommend this shop to my other wide footed sisters, just make sure you size up for a comfortable fit or even 2 sizes for a loose fit.”

“I ordered two pairs of sandals from AJ Voyage, the delivery was really speedy and they arrived within 2 days. One pair of sandals looked just like the photos whereas the other one was made poorly. Easy, hassle free returns.”

“It not FIT SIZE ! I always order 37 but this item is a bit big for me. And due to the model of shoes I am not able to use it comfortably. I am so sad with my order.”

“Nice looking shoes, but feel very plasticy. Uncomfortable to wear in hot weather (when you would want to wear this product!) Will not be ordering from this company again”

“The sizing comes up WAYYY bigger than normal sizes so order a size down! The customer service was ok... although it did take a couple of attempts to get in contact with them. The sole of the boots have an almost see through effect on them despite in the pictures looking black and the material feels a little bit flimsy. Having reordered another size I am happier with them although it would've been nicer to avoid the hassle and delivery charges (as i had to pay for the delivery fee twice).”

“I love the style of the shoes but they sadly are not true to size. And because I’m from Germany, they can’t offer free returns which is sad. I wish you would have been informed to size up/down.”

“Boots are lush but the stitching isn’t the greatest. Uneven and loose at parts. Would of returned if I hadn’t planned my whole outfit around them.”
