Wrong item received. Arranged for the correct item to be sent once I’d had the hassle of returning the wrong item. Yet didn’t recieve them in time for my holiday. Very disappointed.

I’ve normally not had a problem with AJ Voyage but recently ordered a pair of boots with also a mystery box I realised I got the wrong size for the mystery box so emailed straight away they said they would solve the problem.so when they arrived the mystery box was a size 3 which I stated I would like a size 6! Also the other boots that I ordered weren’t even the boots that I ordered so was a total waste of my time ! All my boots that I’ve bought the last couple of years have been great

Hi Guys it was a disappointing situation we requested next day delivery so shows we’re ready to take to wedding and delivery came after two days so couldn’t be taken on trip .. was just thrown into front garden and had to get someone to save them from being rain logged or stolen ..also the fit was small for size .. frankly the whole experience was negative

I'm not impressed really. The sizes came up too small and the shoes were damaged. I asked for my money back and was offered a gift voucher. I don't want to buy anything from here again. I was told that if I want a refund I have to send the shoes back and pay for the postage and packaging myself. Can't be bothered really but I won't be buying from here again and I'll be telling people not to bother.

I'm still waiting a refund from returning an item in January that was too large. I'm sure this must be an oversight and hope this is corrected soon.

Why are you giving away Mac vouchers? Do you know that Mac tests their cosmetics on animals? Give vouchers from companies that don't torture animals in useless experiments.

shoes were great when first arrived however after wearing out in the rain, slides soaked up water and now do not fit. on another occasion ordered slides with rubbery material which came bent and unable to reshape.

Really liked the both sandels that I ordered but very comfy, my only complaint is that one of the sandels has started making a squeaking noise when I walk is quite annoying! So only wore them for two weeks now unwareable! Haven't wore the other pair much yet so hopefully the same thing won't happen yo them.

Absolutely shocking I paid for next day delivery on a Friday and received them item a week later ,when queried no refund of next day delivery offered ,very poor site I will definitely never use again ,also shoes sandals not true to size if your a size 6uk order a size 4 .

Hey, Thank you for your order with us I can see you placed your order over the New Year period, as your order was placed the evening of December 30th which was a Friday, your order was shipped the next working day due to Bank Holiday closures with both us and couriers your parcel was collected the next working day back which was Tuesday 3rd on January and delivered to you the next day, we did have all delivery dates on our website to let customers know of the delays due to this x

Sizing was off I am size 5.5-6 ordered 6 and it was the way too big. Quality wasn’t great either and the lack of free exchange or return doesn’t help.

The first pair of boots I ordered a very sharp staple was sticking out of one that cut my foot so they have been returned, I ordered two more pairs and they got delivered to the wrong address and now have gone missing, that's more of the delivery company they uses fault but haven't had the best of experiences so far

Ordered the mystery box after reading all the positive reviews online. I received my order today to find that the sandals i received are not even advertised on the website. I purchased with the intention of receiving a item of shoes which is advertised on the website. I feel extremely mislead and disheartened. I was really excited to receive the product and all of my friends and family were waiting to find out the quality of mine before ordering theirs roughly 5 of them. Due to this I will no longer re-order and will warn everyone not to order their mystery boxes. The mystery boxes are such a lovely idea and the other reviews are glowing however on this occasion the experience has not been great! Plus to top it off when my partner walked in he laughed at the shoes and called them disguising 🤷‍♀️

Ater wearing the shoes for a few minutes there was something sticking into my foot, I returned them, they said as I had worn them, I couldn't get a refund, so they would return them to me. Still no refund and no retuned shoes, service was prompt.

I've had the shoes few weeks now and l only wearing them 20 mins and one of straps have broken off and feeling not good..Good delivery time

The shoes stank of harsh chemicals as soon as I opened the box. They were ill-fitting and made of very cheap material.

Product is not of the quality I expected from looking at the photographs on the website. Also, not comfortable at all. The shoes rub all over, have sharp edges and because they are sandals, I'm unable to wear any socks with them. Disappointed with the service too.
