“I bought some sandles for my holiday. I love them and they look amazing but both soles have split in half after 2 weeks of my holiday. I didn’t wear them everyday and even if I had this shouldn’t of happened. So I’m really disappointed”

“Placed an order for 4 pairs of sandals on 10/03/23 and was told next day delivery. Heard nothing until the 15/03/23 when I was emailed to say I had been refunded for 1 pair of the sandals assuming they were out of stock and my parcel was finally delivered the next day 16/03/23. This was quite disappointing as it was not next day like it stated and took 5 days to tell me one item was out of stock. Unfortunately although the sandals are nice I don’t feel they are worth the money quality wise.”

“Love all the items I have purchased, however, the Dakota boots sole collapsed and were unwearable in less than a year. Please bear in mind sizing - I am size 6 in the chunky boots and size 7 in sandals and small boots.”

“Took longer than I expected to arrive, ordered Thursday arrived the following Wednesday. The boots were nice and I tried them on, wore them around the house for a couple of minutes but found them to be too narrow and uncomfortable, so I have returned both pairs, just waiting my refund now. Also, the boxes were a bit squished on delivery and were different, thought they would be the same as it's the same company.”

“Nice shoes, okay quality, was a little disappointed when my sandals broke after 4 months and and they wanted me to return them even tho I sent photos and videos of the mouth in my shoes, they were never replaced and for £35 wasn't that cheap either”

Hey Jess, sorry to hear you had an issue with your sandals, I can see our team advised on how to return these to us for a full refund or a replacement in August as we do require faulty items to be returned to us so we can forward them onto our suppliers, unfortunaltey we didn't receive your sandals back, you can return these to us within 6 months of purchase, Thank You x
