“Good service however delivery slower than expected”

“I received my sandals, but unfortunately they were sent in the incorrect size. Whilst my initial experience wasn’t great, I quickly contacted your service department and they have hopefully now popped in a new pair for me, in the ordered size. Sometimes, after care can suffer, but AJ Voyage have made me feel at ease and confident that they will fix the incorrect delivery. Let’s just see in a few days. I can’t wait to get my hands on those sandals!”

“I ordered 2 sets of shoes, I got some sandals and some boots. The sandals started off great, they were sturdy and great quality but unfortunately I didn’t like them on myself so that was the only downfall, so it wasn’t anything to do with AJ Voyage fault. The boots that I then tried on looked great on, however, I went to zip up one of the shoes and it broke completely!”

“If you are looking for quality boots, I would not pick this company. I am reviewing around 1 year after buying a pair of boots and the quality is no where near as good now as they were at first. I have only worn my 1 pair a handful of times since I’ve bought them and all the lining has came out of the shoes and causing some kind of pain to my feet due to the poor materials used!”

“The boots looked so so nice and were such good quality. I’m a bit gutted as the ankle of the boots didn’t actually fit and only just zipped up. I wouldn’t consider myself to have big ankles either. Unfortunately had to send back”

“Really good quality trendy shoes and quick effortless delivery, my only issue would be the sizing. I’m usually a five, I’ve purchased sandals in this size that were a tiny bit tight. When ordering my winter boots I decided a size six would be better so I could wear thick socks with them. The boots fit but with barely any extra room so thick socks are a definite no. They are also quite tight but I’m hoping that over time they will stretch a little. They are still comfy enough to walk in but I would give them a 6/10 for the fitting. Other than that I love them, the style of AJVoyage is much better than anywhere else so I will continue to buy through them :)”
