“Didn’t get my item next day like I paid for”

“If you are looking for quality boots, I would not pick this company. I am reviewing around 1 year after buying a pair of boots and the quality is no where near as good now as they were at first. I have only worn my 1 pair a handful of times since I’ve bought them and all the lining has came out of the shoes and causing some kind of pain to my feet due to the poor materials used!”

“The boots looked so so nice and were such good quality. I’m a bit gutted as the ankle of the boots didn’t actually fit and only just zipped up. I wouldn’t consider myself to have big ankles either. Unfortunately had to send back”

“Really good quality trendy shoes and quick effortless delivery, my only issue would be the sizing. I’m usually a five, I’ve purchased sandals in this size that were a tiny bit tight. When ordering my winter boots I decided a size six would be better so I could wear thick socks with them. The boots fit but with barely any extra room so thick socks are a definite no. They are also quite tight but I’m hoping that over time they will stretch a little. They are still comfy enough to walk in but I would give them a 6/10 for the fitting. Other than that I love them, the style of AJVoyage is much better than anywhere else so I will continue to buy through them :)”

“The postage was quick, unfortunately I had to return due to sizing being quite large and the shoes were not quite what I had expected. From the pictures they looked more shiny/patent! Returning was easy although after already paying for next day delivery it was frustrating having to pay again for the return postage also!”

“The boots I ordered were delivered very quickly and they’re lovely the only thing I would say is they could be a bit wider round the ankle as they’re quite tight for me when zipped up I’m a size 14”

“3 stars for quick shipping ONLY.Quality of the boots I bought it's the worst I ever seen. Alixpress selling better stuff. And plus you have to pay £4 for sending back the package. Never again. Sorry”

“They have nice designs but i wish the materials used were a bit more sturdy. They also jave quick delivery etc. But i do wish the reslonded to emails more swiftly. Also i wish that returns were covered by the company. Otherwise, i do really like the website very easy to follow and the designs are very nice”
