“My first order arrived quickly, and the sandals fit perfectly. Unfortunately, last week — on October 28th, to be exact — I decided to order a pair of boots with next day delivery. It’s now November 5th, and my order still hasn’t arrived, and customer service hasn’t responded to my email. Such a shame 🥲”

“I’ve bought from here before and loved them. I recently bought sliders for a holiday and as soon as I tried them on, they were hurting the top of my feet so I asked if I could return them and was told no as I’d worn them! I literally had them on for a few minutes!! I’ll now never purchase from here ever again.”

“Purchased Corrie chunky studded Western buckle sandals, they are being returned as thr condition they came in they had clearly been worn and returned, the foot bed of one of the sandals was dirty and the other had a scuff mark on it, clearly no quality assurance on returns, will not purchase from this company again”

“Great customer service—they reply really quickly, but they just tell you what you want to hear. The problem still hasn’t been fixed. I placed an order almost two weeks ago because I urgently needed a pair of shoes. They sent me the wrong order, and when I kindly asked if they could send my correct pair while I returned the wrong one, they refused. Instead, I had to print a label and go to the post office to return their mistake. I’m still waiting for my shoes. This has been a terrible experience—I’ve never dealt with anything like this before. All they saying is waiting.”

“The sandals I purchased make the soles of my feet filthy black. I contacted customer services who couldn't of cared less & said this is normal for the first few wears & it matters if it's hot etc. I've worn them many many times now & they still turn my feet black. It's the plastic footbed of the shoe that's transferring the colour, cheap plastic I imagine. Would never purchase here again.”

“Ordered sandals and received boots instead. Customer service took no accountability for their mistake. Very disappointed with service and quality of shoes that did mistakenly arrived. Returned for a refund which was also a hassle.”

“The wrong size came. I clearly ordered a size 6 and it kept defaulting back to a 3. So annoying. Paid for delivery and a return! Be careful when ordering”
