“Ordered sandals and received boots instead. Customer service took no accountability for their mistake. Very disappointed with service and quality of shoes that did mistakenly arrived. Returned for a refund which was also a hassle.”

Hey Annie, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, as per our emails showing that 2 pairs of shoes were definitely sent in one of our large mailing bags and also the Royal Mail weight also corresponds to this, if only 1 item was sent the weight would be much lower and it would of went in one of our small mailing bags. The images you have sent over and that are shown on your proof of postage also show that there was 2 pairs of shoes in the package, as only 1 pair was returned to us this pair we were only able to process a refund for this item. Thank You
