“I would love to give AJ Voyage a higher rating, but unfurtunately I had two negative experiences with the shop. In my first purchase I got some embelished sandals, and one of the attached bits fell off in the 1st use. I got in touch with the customer support and they said that they couldn't exchange it, and instead, I've received a 25% discount coupon for full price items that I ended up never being able to use and it has expired. My most recent purchase was a beautiful slider on sale, but even though I got my size (7), it was way too small and no warning were made on the website. Returning labels are paid for, so I ended up spending more money to get them exhanged. It was very disappointing. I hope to have better experiences in the future because the shoes are stunning.”

“They sent me the wrong product, which I had ordered NDD delivery for holiday. I then ordered the product again on NDD for it to come in time and unfortunately it took 3 days to come so I had already left for holiday by the time it arrived so I sent it straight back without even opening the box.”

“Although I love this brand and all their products I recently didn’t have the best experience with them. It’s really hard to contact this brand for any complaints you have and it took a long time to sort out my complaint. I feel sure that my order wasn’t sent as I was sent a replacement that arrived the next day. My original order was a gift which wasn’t given due to the order taking so long to arrive, a pair of shoes for an event that was missed and I paid for next day delivery. I also asked for a refund which I wasn’t given, instead I was sent a replacement order which I no longer wanted and ultimately returned.”

“The quality of the product seem decent but I’d have loved them to have come in an actual AJ Voyage box or even just a box that doesn’t look battered as it’s for a Christmas present and looks like I’ve received them from vinted…”

“Always comfortable shoes and sanders, however on this occasion these were sent to me in the wrong size. I ordered 3 and got size 6 and can’t get time to return so waste of my money, this has put me off as I’ve ordered plenty of times and been very happy.”
