“Great service, the only thing stopping from giving a 5 star review is that you don’t have free returns which means when I wanted to exchange an item, I had to pay for it to be delivered pay for the old item to be sent back and then pay for the new item to be delivered again. This soon adds up and if the new item now does not fit, I again will have to pay to have this returned.”

“Really good delivery service and great quality product. Slightly different to expected size, I think the sizing is bigger here, that would be my only complaint!! Apart from that I'm very happy with my purchase!”

“I ordered some boots from AJ Voyage, I do love them but need the size up. It’s a little disappointing that you have to pay for both postage & returns. Which in total can come near to £10 on top of your order. Returns should be free or less than £4”

“Boots arrived on time, which are going to be a Christmas present. I was disappointed with the box it was ripped and very tatty fell apart. I will have to use another box to wrap up.”

Hey Cheryl, thank you for your order so sorry to hear your box arrived damaged. Boxes leave us in good condition but can sometimes be damaged in transit unfortunately, i will arrange for a gift box to be sent out to you so you can place them into a new one ready for Christmas, we hope they like their present! “Once the boots I ordered were restocked, postage was quick & when I contacted them, customer service were great. Unfortunately the boots were too big, and I’m not between sizes. I wasn’t impressed that when I returned them, £3.99 was deducted from my refund. I sadly won’t be ordering again in a hurry, as lovely as the products look.”

Hey Kayleigh, thank you for your review and sorry to hear you have had an issue. Within each order there is an order sheet which contains a return section, when filling this in you can tick the box that says exchange and also state which size you would like to exchange for. You then follow the usual returns process wether using our label or a courier of your choice and once it arrives back with us it will be processed based on the info on the returns sheet, hope this clears up the issue for you, of course if you need any further assistance please drop us an email to help@ajvoyage.co.uk thank you
