“Boots were fine. Service, not so much. Paid for next day delivery- turned up 2 days later. Didn’t get postage back. Boots are comfortable not quite soft and easily creased. Already look quite old after just a couple of wears.”

“I keep buying your boots as they are visually exactly what I’m looking for in real leather but the quality is terrible. Every pair’s sole has broken in half after a couple of months wearing them. If you could make them in real leather and better quality I would happily pay more if that means they last longer than two months 😁”

“Style are beautiful, quick delivery however sizing is terrible. I’m size 6 and ordered sandals in a size 7 & 8 and they did not fit. Sandals were returned and I was refunded quickly”

“I was very impressed with how quick my order was dispatched but when it arrived it was completely different to what I had ordered. Was not happy at all. They did send out my order as soon as I sent those ones back. Apart from that I’m very happy with my purchase.”

“I love the design and the price was good. However i have only worn them 2 times and can already see some of the glue coming off on the side. This is not great quality product and i am a bit disappointed.”

“I had a few issues with sandals breaking but this was dealt with very quickly and I now have a new pair which seem to be fine. I've had so many compliments on them and they are very comfortable”

“The sandals are awesome looking but both pairs have really cut into my heels and caused massive cuts! Delivery was kinda slow too and won't have time to return in the 14 day window. Most places do 30 days statutory rights returns.”
