“Terrible service, we landed 20 minutes late and met our driver in arrivals, as soon as he noticed our luggage he informed us our people carrier had broken down and his car couldn't accommodate our bags, He told us our driver was on his way and would arrive in 10 minutes and then vanished, 20 minutes later we called the number and the original driver told us he was 10 minutes away, after another 20 minutes we called the number again and we were then told he was 45 minutes away so we booked new cabs at the airport, to make it worse we had a return booking which i called to make sure it was all ok on the day, I was told that the car coming couldn't again take all our bags even though we have email confirmation that the bags were booked correctly, the women on the phone was really rude and didn't care, so we had know choice but to cancel! Terrible company with zero customer care!!”

“My only complaint is that the 60 minute waiting time is from the plane landing with no allowance for taxiing on runway, getting through immigration, bag collection etc. Immigration at Barcelona was a nightmare and took 50 minutes so driver left exactly on 60 mins despite me asking for extension and explaining situation. Luckily he did return for us. On our return we were early 🙈 but they sent a driver at an earlier time. Drivers were both very friendly. Thank you for your assistance.”
