“Very disappointing. Booked transfer from Naples airport to the port to catch our boat. Revived email day before with a number for a driver but no name or exact collection point. Arrived off our flight, no sign of a driver, walked around, called the number no response and rang the support centre where they called me back to say my taxi didn’t arrive and won’t be. Was also told I then need to email support centre to request a refund.”

“Booked a return airport trip for my holiday - pick up was due for 4.30am on 10/07/2026, 15 minutes prior I received a message to tell me the was driver was uncontactable but another taxi had been booked (through another company) and I would have to pay him cash and then request a refund. I explained I didn't have any cash on me so that was not an option and as I had already paid I would expect them to sort the payment - I was told I had no option but to pay the new taxi driver cash, again I explained I didn't have an cash on me and the response was - well how you gonna get to the airport then? The taxi then arrived and he informed me that he accepted card payments - I paid him and I was refunded, but felt the attitude of the staff member whatsapping me was very rude. For our return journey booked for 23.30 on 21/07/2026 - I started receiving whatsapp messages from the driver and calls at 11.30am, I explained he was 12 hours early. When I arrived at the airport we had landed early so I contacted him to see if it was possible to pick up at 23.00, he explained he could not and that I had to wait until the agreed pick up time of 23.30. I accepted this as I understood he was busy and I was trying to change the time. At 23.25 he messaged me to say that he was on his way now and would be there in 14 mins - I pointed out this was late and he just saud yeah, sorry. The airport terminal closed and I had to wait outside - at 23.45 he had still not arrived, I messaged him and rang him but he did not respond or answer. At 23.50 I contacted the emergency number and explained to them what had happened, they said just hang on he will get to you soon - by this time I was very cold and tired so I told them I wanted a refund and that I was getting another taxi home, they agrued with me but I stood firm - I got another taxi and eventually they did agree to the refund. Their driver arrived at the airport at gone midnight. Terrible experience on all levels.”

“Taxi dit not pick us up for transfer from hotel to airport. Because of this we missed our flight and had to buy new tickets. When i asked for compensation they refused an said i had to seek compesation with the turkish taxi company they bookes our transfer with. Ofcourse this company does not react to any of our messages”

“Very bad website. You cant trust this with booking to your family. I booked a van with 8 seaters but provided me with 6. When you order, they send the orders upon your actual details not what you paid for. No matter you booked for eight seater or 10 seater they will still provide you with the least capacity that fit your family even if you booked for a higher category car I requested a van for 11 suitcase. They provided me with Kia Carnival with only six small suitcase, which was totally not enough and they refused to upgrade or change.”

“Scam! I booked a transfer for 220.- The next day i was informed that it was not possible but for 330.- it was possible??? Never again this total scam company.”

“They left a message on my phone the evening before our departure that the transfer had been cancelled without explanation why. As we had to leave early in the morning to the airport the day after and we were in a small village without a lot of alternatives this created a lot of stress. I called them up but they could not help with an alternative either (taxi or whatever), which I think would have been appropriate since they cancelled so late. At least we got a refund of the money.”

“Do not use! Tranfers to and from Gatwick airport. First driver came an hour early then booked! Second driver for pickup was supposed to meet and greet but instead we had to go and find the driver at 2am with a toddler. The driver then didn’t open his door for 2 minutes and then got very rude when we asked why he didn’t meet us. We paid extra for a child’s seat but he was unaware. Apparently the driver is a private subcontractor. The driver almost didn’t didn’t take us home. £230 is a lot of money for such a poor service. I will not use this service again.”

“Let’s start with the positives. Booking was quick and easy, the transfer information was sent via SMS and WhatsApp, and we got to our destination without any issues. Unfortunately, the airport pickup was a very different experience. Our driver, Stanislav T., seemed completely uninterested from the moment we arrived. He was busy smoking and the extent of his customer service was opening the trunk. Did he help load the luggage? Not at all. The trunk was already packed with spare wheels, child seats and other equipment, making it difficult to fit our suitcases, but he offered no assistance. Finishing his cigarette clearly seemed more important. The drive itself did little to improve the experience. We arrived safely, but it felt more like luck than skill. He took corners so aggressively it almost felt like the car was running on two wheels. The ride was honestly more nauseating than the turbulence on our flight. The return transfer after our holiday was much better. We had a pleasant driver, although our luggage had to be squeezed into the passenger area alongside us because there wasn’t enough space in the trunk. Overall, my experience was very mixed. The booking process and communication were excellent, but the quality of the service depends heavily on which driver you get. If you’re assigned Stanislav T., I would strongly recommend requesting a different driver. Overall rating: 2 out of 5 stars. Great booking experience, but one poor driver was enough to significantly damage the overall impression.”

“Left me stranded at CdG airport reason took too long for my luggage to come out. This is second let down from this company. In addition driver frm JFK I to NY City couldn't speak a word of English, car was substandard. Hav cancelled another booked transfer, cancelled and did receive refund promptly. In future will utilise registered taxis.”

“The taxi failed to turn up on the outward journey to East Midlands Airport. The pick up time was 04 30, and only after numerous phone calls, a taxi turned up at 04.55. It was very stressful, no excuse for being late, as there was no traffic on the road. On the return journey, we were sent information, saying that the driver would be waiting in the arrivals, holding a board with our name on it. There was no driver and no taxi. I phoned the emergency number, and the person who I spoke to, kept me on hold for 20 mins. Eventually, he got back to me, saying a driver would be with us shortly. When the taxi turned up, it was an Uber, nothing to do with Airport Taxis. The company had just ordered an Uber instead of sending the car I had paid for. Obviously a taxi was never coming. Again very stressful, after a long flight. Not good enough. Paid £98 for this dreadful service. Will never use them again, as completely unreliable. Paperwork is very good, but taxis and drivers very poor. Suggest the company, choose a bit more carefully, who they give their jobs to!!!”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - worst start to a holiday ever. Most stressful and dangerous experience I have ever been in a put my family in. Am only giving them a one star as it will not let you do less Below is a copy of the full complaint that i have had to make following my experience with this company. They have been reported and a full investigation is underway as they have not taken this situation seriously. They took two weeks to reply to my complaint and said Our management team will take steps to minimize similar occurrences. I did not want to have to write this. I wanted to give them a chance to take responsibility and give a full explanation on how this could have happened but their response to minimise future recurrence is not good enough. They should be ensuring this never happens again. As you will see from the picture and the description below, we were in a completely un-roadworthy vehicle and if my husband hadn't have asked the driver to pull over god knows what could have happened on our journey. Unfortunately, I am having to submit a complaint regarding a terrible experience we received from your company for our airport transfer from Gravesend to Standstead on Sunday 28th June. We were sent the incorrect vehicle at the beginning of the journey that wasn't the size I had ordered. I ordered an 8 seater and specifically added 2 sets of golf clubs to the special instructions. Also confirmed luggage requirement on a phone call the previous day. We were sent a 7 seter which would not have even fitted 6 people with 3 suitcases. After a few phone calls, which weren't very peasant ad kept telling me I should have ordered a 9 seater when in fact if an 8 seater had been sent as ordered we could have made do and had golf clubs on the extra seat. We were told a bigger vehicle would come but we had to pay an extra £20 cash to the driver and this minibus was 40mins later than the time we were told. We were told it would be with us by 8:15 and it came at 8:55. If we had known the real time frame we would have driven ourselves. The minibus we got in was completely unroadworthy and illegal. The tyre was well below the legal limit. We should have never been put in this bus. My husband had to tell the driver to pull over as he knew there was an issue with he car. When the driver pulled over he did not have a triangle for safety or get us out the car. He didn't even put the hand break on which resulted in the car moving when my husband was jacking it up which could have resulted in severe injury even death. The tool the driver had to release the spare tyre was rounded off so would not work. We then had to make multiple phone calls before you would send another driver and again incorrect ETA info. At 9:22 we were told 15 mins but driver did not come until 9:53. Our luggage did not make it on our flight as we missed bag drop-off so we were without cases for 3 days at an extra expense to ourselves as we had to pay for essential items. The communication we have had previously has not been satisfactory to our issue as we have been told you got us there and the driver had a flat tyre. It was not flat it was completely illegal. We were also told we were not asked to give the driver an extra £20 but we would not have done it if we weren't asked to. The whole experience has traumatised my 10-year-old son who had a meltdown on the plane about the minibus home being unsafe.”

My airline was delayed and I had informed them an hour before pick-up but they couldnt be bothered to reschedule another driver....very poor service, should have UBER!!!...too much headache and stress between supplier and control team...very poor communication!!!!!”

“I am afraid I cannot recommend Airports Taxi Transfers. I made two bookings with them, for September. I made a mistake on one and booked it for July instead. I hadn’t realised my mistake until I read an email about the forthcoming collection. I tried to cancel/ amend the booking but was unable to do so, as you cannot change anything within 24 hours of the collection time (it was 23 hours when I tried). I managed to contact the taxi firm and told them, but they couldn’t do anything, the booking would still go ahead. I emailed Airports Taxi Transfers, but they didn’t respond until over 72 hours later, stating their terms and conditions. I was charged full price for a trip that didn’t take place. The driver knew the collection wasn’t taking place, so no cost was incurred by the driver. I understand a charge should be levied, but why the full cost? No travel time, no waiting time and no fuel costs were incurred. I have now cancelled my second booking.”

“We have used them in Japan for hotel to cruise port and cruise port to airport. EXCELLENT! Great prices, very reliable and keep the lines of communication open. Drivers are very polite. we’ll dressed and provide nice clean vehicles. Will recommend to all our fellow travelers!!”

“Everything went wonderfully. The driver arrived even earlier than agreed, which took away all our travel stress. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, polite, and showed impeccable manners. The car was very clean and comfortable. We had great conversations throughout the entire journey, making the drive feel very short. A safe driver and a true gentleman. Highly recommended! ************************************** Όλα πήγαν υπέροχα. Ο οδηγός έφτασε ακόμη νωρίτερα από το προγραμματισμένο ραντεβού, γεγονός που μας απάλλαξε από κάθε άγχος. Ήταν εξαιρετικά εξυπηρετικός, ευγενικός, πρόθυμος και με άψογους τρόπους. Το αυτοκίνητο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και άνετο. Κάναμε πολύ όμορφες συζητήσεις κατά τη διάρκεια της διαδρομής.
