“Overall service was great!!! Friendly, helpful and on time. We had a party of 11 and was picked up each time by 2 mini vans. Was expecting one vehicle for 12 people as advertised on website. Had to tip each driver both ways because they were "not together" which made the cost of transportation more. We tipped a total of $200 for the to and from airport. They must have been uber or lyft drivers. Will consider a different transportation for a large party.”

“We booked and paid for a MPV to take us to the airport, even though we were only 3 passengers with 1 case each we wanted a comfortable ride, On the day, they sent an estate, which was cheaper but we intentionally did not book. When we mentioned this, the driver said we need to call the office if we want to change, but we did not want to be delayed getting to the airport so went ahead with him. I messaged the office and asked them to refund the extra charge of the MPV, and have since been ghosted… until they wanted me to write a review, furthermore they asked me to give it 5 stars! Giving it 2 stars purely because the driver showed up early.”

“We were delayed but found our driver easily , really nice chap , he said I’ve got you a bigger bus , we ordered a mini van … the mini bus that turned up was like done thing out of the 70’s all vinyl & wood 🤣🤣 it got us to our destination without breaking down although we did have to walk up the road as the bus couldn’t get round the tight corner , all taken in good humour & would use this company again”

“The service from Airport Taxi Transfers was excellent. They were very reliable and the bus we ordered was extremely clean and comfortable. They were also very flexible as we changed our return pick up time the day before and it was not a problem.”
