Our arrival we found the desk which is quite a walk from our arrival terminal. It took a while for them to sort out on the pc where we were going, I showed them on my form and finally it clicked. The driver and the 1 that took our details told us to follow them. They led the way and talked to each other the whole way, occasionally looking behind to make sure we were still there. We walked almost back to where we started. My husband and I are in our 60's , Niether young man offered to help with our bags on the walk. We waited outside for an hour for the return leg, only after a cafe owner phoned the service was the ride sorted.
