“40minutes late, absolutely appalling. Terrible service. It was very stressful and communication was frustratingly poor. I would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid !!”

“The cab driver was very nice and polite and on time. But…the cab driver seemed to be in a hurry and left us at the rental car door with 4 luggages. We had to walk for at least 5 minutes. I paid for a taxi not a bus. I was hopping to be left at my gate number door. Very disappointed.”

“Requested 16 passenger van and was given two smaller vans in its place. Pickup instructions were ignored and driver would not agree to what had been requested. Very poor experience.”

“Do not use, took our booking then emailed weeks later to say they could not cover it unless we paid an extra €125 euros which we did. Driver did not turn up to pick us up to get back to the airport. Had to pay €360 for 2 taxis. Called the company and just got hung up on. Taxi driver said they probably outsource it to illegal cabs. Do not use”

“We had a great experience today with an airport transfer to our accommodation with Antonio. He was very welcoming and friendly. He offered us tips about restaurants etc and made us feel very comfortable. We will be using this company again during our trip.”

“Do not use this company - received an email at 21:45 the night before we were flying advising that our minibus was cancelled. We had to be at the airport 07:00 the following morning - did not offer any alternative so we ended up have to hire 2 cars. Will never use this company again”

“Absolutely useless company. My outbound taxi never arrived. They told me to book a new cab so that i wouldnt miss my flight. They said they would cover cost. Of course, i had to pay a very expensive rate at surcharge rates to get to the airport on time. They did not reimbirse these costs. Now i am waiting for my return cab, whoch hasnt arrived 30 minutes after arrival as agreed on service and told to meet at costa coffee which doesnt exist. Never again will i use this company.”

“Been booking through these for 7/8 years now sometimes as many as 4 or 5 times per year. This year so far 3 x Faro, 1 x Malta, 1 x Riga and ive never, ever had a problem. Extremely competitive pricing even against Uber and Bolt they really are very good.”

“I’m very ungry about this company, for the trip from airport to my hotel in Milan the car was dirty and smells very bad, and very old van for 9 people. About the trip from Milan to the airport was very stressful the taxi pick up very late and the man ask for 1 person more 100€ just for him not for the company. My experience was horrible. “I had booked a transfer from Heathrow for our family of 5 and intially was really glad that the driver was on time. Everything went smooth until we received a whatsapp while on the way saying we need to pay an additional £17 for airport parking. When we reached our destination, the driver instead insisted on an additional £25 cash for the airport parking. We finally settled with £20 in cash but the overall experience was disappointing especially it being the first day of our holiday.”

“DO NOT BOOK! We had an awful experience. We booked in advance to ensure we had a vehicle size we need for us and our luggage. 5 mins after the booked time, I called to check and was informed that the driver had cancelled and they were trying to find another vehicle. A link was sent to a driver and vehicle that was NOT large enough, sure enough that driver cancelled when he arrived. I called again, their only solution was for us to try to book our own taxi! We had to book 2x Uber axle in desperation, leading to a travel cost that was more than double of the original booking. We have since had a refund (although it has yet to clear), I have lodged a complaint and requested compensation only to be met with silence. AVOID”

“I got two transfers through that company , one for 9 people with a van and then another for a car to the airport in Alicante and they were both top notch, no delays, drivers were polite and responsive, the vehicles were clean and we had a great time!”

“Bonjour Le chauffeur du retour était désagréable. 29 juin 2026 4h30 AM N réservation AS1522852901 Le chauffeur était nerveux. Impatient. Le pire c’est qu’il conduisait de façon dangereuse vitesse excessive dépassant les 140, faisiant sigzaguer sa voiture, changement de voie brusque pour dépasser les voitures de la voie 3 à la voie 1 alors que nous étions très en avance. Ma petite famille avait eu très peur. Et le pire c’est qu’il était somnolent.. et allait presque s’endormir au volant à plusieurs reprises j’ai même du le secouer pour éviter le pire. Il n’était pas professionnel. C’est un vrai danger ambulant Ne Nous a pas aider avec nos valises, ni à l’embarquement ni au débarquement il est même parti trop vite en oubliant de fermer la malle arrière ( porte ) de la voiture un autre chauffeur lui à fait signe que sa mallette est ouverte il n’a a même pas vérifié si nous avions oublié quelques choses à l’intérieur il était vraiment bizarre Un jour un accident va arriver c’est une question de temps. (Ill était habillé avec t-shirt et chorte ) Il n’a même pas donné son nom Par contre le chauffeur qui nous a prix en charge à notre arrivée le 25 juin vol Ac 9 était très professionnel et agréable bien habillé ( pantaloon, chemise blanche) et très propre et dégagé la confiance on a bien aimé sa compagnie pendant notre trajet et le début de notre séjour Gros merci à Yang”

“Total service is fantastic from booking to dropped off. The most thing I like is when my flights was delayed and the constant conversation and update in WhatsApp with the driver assuring you they are there when you arrive. Thank you William(driver) for the pleasant experience in airport taxi experience.”
