“Driver failed to show up for collection waiting over 1 hour then gave up, had to take a local taxi €95 company refunded initial cost but still out of pocket €35 Return travel on time and no problem but car smelled of tobacco smoke. Generally good communication but got off to a bad start, so a bit disappointed.”

“Will recommend Good service Baggage didn't arrive at Linate and driver waited till all sorted at lost luggage counter . Would have just preferred to be able to communicate in English with driver”

“The Airport Taxi Transfers service was excellent, the drivers were friendly polite and loaded our suitcases with care. Most importantly they were waiting for us when we arrived even though our flight was delayed by about 45 minutes. On our departure the driver arrived 10 minutes early and waited patiently until we were ready to leave. I would highly recommend this service and would definitely use them again excellent from start to finish.”

“I was a little sceptical booking an airport taxi almost a year in advance and having to pay the driver, but once I arrived at the airport, there was the driver holding up my name. The driver was excellent, the car was superb, the return was the same. All in all a very reliable and professional service.”

“The driver was friendly and chatty and the car was immaculate. I would reccomend this service. I was kept up to date throughout and confident the driver was tracking the delay and was there to meet me calling me on arrival this was the best service I have had from airport transfers.”
