“My first time using this service and can honestly say we were impressed with the overall service. Both vehicles met our requirements and drivers courteous and engaged with us on both journeys. “We had an excellent transfer from our hotel to Heraklion Airport. The driver arrived right on time, was very friendly and helped us with our luggage. We also appreciated the small bottle of water that was provided during the ride. The journey was comfortable and stress-free. We were very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend it!”

“We had used this company earlier in the day in Rome (went well), and then used them for Barcelona to our hotel. The driver decided that after an hour of us landing that there was no more waiting time for us, to be fair it does state an hour after landing. Bearing in mind the booking is for 10 people with 10 suitcases coming in to the European Union for the first time. The first contact from the driver was 2 minutes before the hour was up,”
