“Booking process and price very good. Unfortunately with the long passport queue driver asked me to tell him when we were through as I assume he waited off site. I did then had to wait 20 minutes for him to arrive. On top of the passport wait this was very frustrating. He was an excellent driver once he had arrived”

“Fabulous service. We were held up 2hours at the airport in Passport Control and they waited for us, met us at arrivals and accommodated us with asking to stop at the supermarket on the way to our villa. Very lovely uncle and nephew team. Highly reccomend”

“The pickup was on time at 4am & correct location, the only way to improve the booking system would be to send a message a few day's prior to pickup date stating we will contact you the day before with details, this gives you confidence that you are in the system & not forgotten about particularly when in a foreign country. Definitely would use you again.”

“We ordered the transfer 24 hours before, so easy to order! On morning of transfer the driver was waiting for us 20 mins before we ordered the mini van. No waiting around at all. Brand new mini van, spacious, air con and smooth drive to airport. Highly recommend! Thank you”

“Very disappointed that my confirmed transfer for me and my young family was cancelled the night before I arrive at my destination airport. Not a nice position to be put in, I would recommend not taking a booking until you have a confirmed driver. Now in a position where we will arrive at our Alicante destination with no transport. Poor service, would not recommend.”

“The drivers were very helpful, the cars were spacious and confortable. We were over an hour delayed and the driver was still waiting for us when we got there. We will be using this service again in the future for our next Disney trip”

“A very well organised service, especially after a long flight all you want is to get going, with a brisk 30 min drive to our destination, I was so pleased this all went to plan. A+ service if you have any doubts, don’t go for private transfer rather than a long bus journey.”

“Our service from Milan to Como was excellent Our service to Milan airport from Cerobia was frightening our driver was exhausted he had to keep sniffing a Lemon to stay awake he then dozed off and almost hit a coach from behind and had to swerve off the road he drove erratically and was dangerous.”
