“Everything went to plan from Airport to Hotel. They kept in touch to ensure the Driver was present for our arrival. However, our return was a totally different experience. The Driver was 50 mins late collecting us from our Hotel to take us to the Airport. This was very stressful as we thought we would miss our flight.”

“Head office called trying to rush us out of the baggage area, stating that the driver was waiting. It turns out the driver was still 20 minutes away. When he arrived, we had wait longer for him to get the car to a place where we could load it up. The drive to London took longer than planned because he lacked the proper credentials to take the express lanes. The two booster seats requested were not in the car. He dropped us off 1 block away from our destination, so we had to roll out 10 suitcases with two children down a busy city block in the rain.”

“Driver didnt find hotel Driver could have been more helpfull with adjusting climate control in car Driver was polite and nice. We had an unnecessary impact with other car on the way. Perhaps other car's fault (?), but could have easily been avoided. (no damages, no injuries)”

“It was reliable but expensive. I was traveling alone with three bags but I had to pay for a mini-van for my three bags.”

“Airport collection was faultless, but the return trip, car seats were not put into the vehicle, which I had ordered and I air extra for and the vehicle was in quite bad condition, whilst trying to sort the situation with the car seats, the language barrier proved to make the situation more stressful.”

“Driver never turned up. Airport staff contacted emergency number told to get own taxi and claim back refund. Only reason 3 not 1 star, because refund was given, without too much hassle.”

“Sadly have given a 3 ONLY because of our return journey from Nerja to airport and that's only because we got to the airport. If it was based only on our journey FROM AIRPORT TO NERJA IT WOULD HAVE BEEN 5 STARS. Return journey - taxi 20 minutes late. Side sliding door into taxi not working - took 10 minutes to get us into taxi then side door would not shut properly - took another 10 minutes to fix that, with the help of my husband and son. Rear for cases a bit small - we had to take a couple inside with us. Didn't help that there was a child seat there that we did not require. We were concerned about the time we eventually left but when it was mentioned to the driver he just shrugged his shoulders. When we arrived at the airport the door again would not open to let us exit the vehicle - we had to exit taxi by climbing over to the front passenger seat to exit taxi that way. Bear in mind there were 2 seniors and 2 children in our party of 8. SURELY the door not working properly is a SAFETY ISSUE, if there had been an accident it would have been harder for us to get out. NOT IMPRESSED with return journey at all.”

“On time and efficient service. Car was a bit dated but ok. Drop off on return was quite a walk from the terminal. Closer would have been better.”

“Only thing at the airport driver was not waiting so had to ask other companies to find the taxi firm.”

“Booking process was fine. Having cleared security with our bags, we had to wait 35 mins for the driver to turn up with no prior notification. We had to chase to find out what was happening. The driver was ok but the car was old and did not look great outside but was comfortable inside”

“Driver was on time for collection, although the minute we got into the car he told us that there is an extra charge for our journey because of the location of our destination even though I had given the correct address when booking the transfer and paid in full at time of booking. I will not book with this company again”
