“No response after flight delay We had a prepaid taxi transfer booked from Barcelona to Salou. Our flight was delayed by about 3 hours, and as instructed in the booking confirmation, I reported the delay twice by message using the contact number provided — once as soon as the delay was announced, and again after a further update. No one from the company responded to either message. The only communication we received was from the driver, who said he had taken another job and told us to arrange our own transport. We paid for a transfer that was never provided, despite following the company's own procedure for reporting delays. I emailed requesting a refund over a week ago and still haven't had any reply. I wouldn't recommend this company for airport transfers, especially if there's any chance of a flight delay.”

“Brilliant services from Dalaman Airport to Dalyan the driver was waiting for us with our name on a electronic board took our cases from us gave us a bottle of water each and we arrived at our apartment without any issues.”

“Booked for transfer from JFK to time square. Requested to be in arrives hall with sign with our Families names . After a 7 hours flight with 3 young children one with special needs , low battery, no Internet . Got drivers number rang him no answer. Got a staff member in the arrives to ring still no answer. Rang again the driver answer told to go across the road to a parking area A when were there take a pic . Waited and waited with 3 children was told our 90 min were up but it wasn't. Left stranded in new York airport at 11 pm and to pay a other 100 dollar. Never again. How hard is for a driver to stay with a sign with a name on it .”

“Horrendous service. Flight was 1 hour 30 late arriving and they refused to collect us and kept our money. Looks great on the web page but do not trust.”

“One word - horrendous! Arrived in Italy and waited for contact from driver which didn't happen, contacted them only to be told a driver wasn't available and was left stranded at the airport. Transfer from the airport cost significantly more than I had paid and still yet to be refunded by 'amazing' airport taxi transfers. Phoned them and no answer, no email possible and queries certainly not resolved in under and hour 🤣. Do yourself a favor, pay slightly more with a refutable company in the first instance to avoid additional costs and if you really do want a stress free transfer!”

“Absolutely dreadful. Do not use them. The driver (both journey to and from the airport) took the shortest, not the fastest route, in order to save fuel. The windscreen in the car was cracked (illegally). The return journey was late collecting us and we had to tell the driver to stop texting whilst driving on the motorway. I wrote a complaint to the company and got a totally unsafe response. Hence me writing this review. I will never use them again”

“The driver was friendly and the car was nice and comfortable. Unfortunately, the driving itself was extremely dangerous and unprofessional. The driver was driving far too fast, especially through corners. On several occasions, the car actually lost traction and slid because of the speed. At one point, he was driving around 140 km/h in a 70 km/h zone. It wasn't only dangerous, but also extremely uncomfortable. He repeatedly accelerated very aggressively, flooring the accelerator so the car suddenly surged forward, and we were being thrown from side to side throughout the journey. I have no complaints about the driver personally — he was friendly and polite — but the way he drove was completely unacceptable for a professional airport transfer. I genuinely felt unsafe during the journey. Unfortunately, despite the nice vehicle and friendly driver, I cannot recommend this service based on this experience.”

“The driver did not wait! The flight wad delayed.. but that is why I provided the flight details. The emergency telephone did not answer.. but then they text me and requested extra fees. Awful service.”

“Our driver turned up late. We got held up in a crash and subsequently missed our flight. Apparently the driver tried to get his pick up replaced but the company didn’t care and told him he should not have accepted it. I don’t blame the driver, he looked shattered. The company sub contracts in drivers from what I can gather. The driver on the way home turned up late as well. Just what you need when you have been waiting all day at airports etc. Had to wait again at Stansted. When I booked, I made an assumption that airport transfers would be punctual; surely, particularly when flights are involved. I lodged a complaint but had no reply. Not even after more than 2 weeks, they said they would come back in 14 days. We had to rebook flights and the only ones we could get were from Gatwick and they didn’t even offer to take us there to compensate and wanted another £150 so we got the train. (if they had I wouldn’t be writing or have made a complaint). But here I am writing this awful review. I wouldn’t book with this firm if you are reading this.”

“Don’t use this company. I had booked and paid for a pick up in January this year to be picked up today 15/9/26 in Banff at 6.30am and taken to Calgary airport for a flight at 10. At 6.45 I called the emergency number which was supplied via an email 2 days ago confirming my pick up date place and time. The operator told me the driver must have forgotten this pick up or just missed it. I asked what he was going to do to help me get to the airport and his response was call another taxi and put the phone down. I would suggest after my experience you never use this company.”

“We arrived on Friday 11th sept the driver had texted then called to let us know he was waiting. Excellent service the mini bus was to a very high standard and the driver was excellent. Picked up today for return to the airport excellent again highly recommend”

“The taxi from airport marrakesh left us in wrong location. When we try to check again where are he disappeared. We walk 20 minutes with the big luggage. Experience and rude service. Terrible.avoid in any cost.”

“Driver, did not turn up for our transfer from Bodrum airport, and left us stranded. There was no response when we phoned the emergency number. We had no way of contacting anyone. communication prior to the pick up was non existent, On the return trip, driver was 12 minutes late.”

“We took the shuttle from Pafos airport to go to Nicosia. The bus will make a stop to Chirokitia station. Outside is 40 degrees and the air conditioning in the front of the car is not working! The bus driver left the window opened during the transfer! It is very disappointing that in a country with so hot temperatures they provide this service without aircondition, in a bus full of people!!”

“Our driver taking us to our hotel was an awful driver. He was also constantly on the phone which was on loud speaker, shouting and discussing things inappropriate. Our return driver, although lovely and car was very clean and spacious was 15 minutes late.”
