“Driver arrived on time to collect us at the airport and was polite and helpful. Yolanda kindly kept us up to date via messaging prior to collecting us from the GF Victoria Hotel. Generally very pleased with the service.”

“I used the service 3 times for getting to and from lo de Marco. The 3rd time was a complete fail. Despite giving them the location 3 times, I awaited a confirmation for two days. When I got the confirmation, I thought great. I had 6 people to get to the airport. The pickup time came. No Van. We contacted them after the pickup time and all they said is " we had a problem with the driver". No prior notification. They are extremely hard to contact and get a human. None of the phone numbers on the confirmation get through. The whatups number is a computer. Anyway we had to get an emergency evac in a truck with 6 people. Just barely made out flights. One other thing to be aware of, they are not a licensed taxi service, so you have to cross the highway bridge on foot to get your ride.”
