“We used for the first time this year and was very impressed with the service. Drivers very polite, vehicles were clean and well kept. The price was competitive. All in all I would definitely recommend and use again if I was to travel back to Gran Canaria.”

“The driver was on time. Vehicle in good condition. However, the air conditioning was set high and I was perspiring by the time we got to my destination. Partly my fault since I did not ask the driver to lower the temperature. But he also did not ask if I was comfortable.”

“Had booked a transfer in Melbourne from the airport to my hotel in CBD, and was not sent my details until we landed and had to call the emergency contact number from the company. Spent almost 5 minutes on the call for the agent to then arrange our transfer. Additionally we were given a smaller car contrary to what we had booked, as we had a lot of luggage and booked a minivan. So the driver struggled to get us to fit in the car with our luggage. Have to say that the driver was very cooperative and understanding. When I contacted the company regarding the issue they refused to accept the mistake and kept insisting the car provided was what was booked. Highly disappointed and would not suggest this provider to anyone especially if booking in Melbourne. Had availed their services in Gold Coast and it was more organised and efficient.”

“Extremely disappointing experience. My prepaid airport transfer was cancelled at the last minute without any prior notice. Despite repeated calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages, no one responded, leaving my family stranded and nearly causing us to miss our flight from London Stansted Airport. I had to book an expensive Uber at the last minute. I am still awaiting reimbursement for both my original booking and the additional transportation cost. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.”
