“Excellent, I am familiar with the airport, so it was east finding the meeting place at the car park. However, if someone was a stranger arriving, it is confusing as your website says "meeting & greet" by WH Smith at arrivals. I think if the meeting point is at the carpark, it should say so on the website, or explained by text. The drivers' or passengers's English may not be perfect. Otherwise all good”

“I was disapponted on my return that my driver wasnt there waiting, then contacted me on whats app wanting me to go out of the terminal and find him! Then offering to come where he was supposed to meet me "if I wanted".”

“Could not find driver at Southampton cruise terminal and he could not find us! Suggest a customer name placard on the side of the car as well as the name of your company on the side of the car. Also the driver (Sayid) said security would not let him park in the designated private car transfer area. Why not?! Otherwise, excellent service and safe driver.”

“Driver contacted me by phone the evening before the pickup to confirm the pickup time. He arrived on time for the transfer. I would recommend this service to others.”

“On the online form, rather than as kor a full name, ask for thefirdt and last name. I put in my full name, and the sign board the driver held up had too many small letters. I passed it be three time, not really looking because I didn't expect it all.”

“Booked an LHR to Holiday Inn Express Victoria transfer. The driver was not waiting at the airport when we landed, which was concerning after a long flight. I called the office and the representative was responsive, reaching out to the driver immediately and giving me a realistic ETA. Once the driver arrived he was professional and attentive, handled our luggage without being asked, and got us to the hotel without incident. The dispatcher recovery saved what could have been a frustrating start. Would consider using again, but I would expect on-time pickup to be the standard, not the exception.”

“Driver perfect. As I was the only passenger and I believe the price for the booking could have included 3 passengers and 3 bags, I was a little surprised and disappointed to be charged an extra £20 for the 4 bags given that one of them was a cabin bag.”

“We used Airport Pickups London for roundtrip transportation. We and other members of our travel group both booked an 8 passenger/ 8 piece luggage van both ways. We allowed one hour from designated aircraft arrival time to give adequate time to mmet the transport. Our travel partners driver was waiting at the deignated arrival time with a named sign. We had to wait at the deignated arrival location another 30 minutes for our driver to arrive. When we got to the van it was only for 6 passengers in the passenger carriage. Fortunately we were less than 8 passengers in the group. They did struggle with fitting 7 pieces of luggage but were able to make it work by placing luggage in the front passenger area. The pick up for return to the airport was on time though they did struggle with the same issue with luggage but made it work. The communication from the company through whatsapp was very good and responsive and courteous. Though there were a few hitches in the process I would say that they were reliable and delivered us safely to our destinations. The drivers both ways were courteous and professional. I would recommend Airport Pickups London as reliable and I would use them again.”
