“Our arrival was slightly difficult, as I had provided an incorrect phone number so we could not be contacted,and our driver did not come inside to the pickup point where we expected to meet him. Our return was perfect and both drivers were extremely pleasant.”

“Very good service and friendly and helpful driver. We had reserved an 8-passenger vehicle, and my only negative comment is that we weren’t expecting three seats to be facing backward. Some of us were prone to motion sickness. But otherwise, very good value for the price.”

“A specific driver was requested, however request was not fulfilled. The driver that was dispatched was not as familiar with the location and was parked at the wrong entrance to load our luggage. The arrangment of the load of luggage was not proper and the luggage shifted around, slamming back and forth the entire drive, quite the nusiance and annoying! The driver was good from a safety point of view, but not as friendly as our previous driver.”

“Driver was not there on arrival. I called the company who said he was parking the car. When driver arrived he said he was at terminal 2. We arrived at Terminal 5. Driver was very professional and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. Would use them again.”

“We had a good experience with our transfer from the Southamption cruise terminal to LHR. Our driver was wonderful. We really appreciated his professionalism and patience with us as we were delayed exiting our cruise ship. The only issue we had was the lack of a car seat provided for our toddler. We had requested a car seat with our booking and were reassured an appropriate car seat would be provided the morning of our transfer. However, when we met our driver there was no car seat in the car. We were advised to hold our toddler in our laps. Perhaps this is the norm in the UK, but it was jarring coming from the US where the law requires a car seat. Other than that, we had a great experience and would book with Airport Pickups London again if traveling without our child.”

“Apparently it was the drivers first time picking up at Bournemouth . So not quite familiar with the airport . He was a good driver and got us to our destination safely . At the outset he seemed unhappy with what you were paying him for our journey . That isn’t our problem . Would have preferred if we hadn’t heard his problem .”
