“Très bien globalement! J’aurais souhaité que le chauffeur nous accueille au terminal Nord de Gatwick airport comme prévu. Nb: Nous avons dû correspondre par téléphone pour nous trouver.”

“Airport pickups London were on time and got us to their airport in comfort. We were a little disapointed that the provided child seat was not instaled prioir to pick up however I was able to complete this quickly and get on the way. I will be using APL for my next transfer.”

“I have only one complaint and that is that the driver did not initially tell me that he was taking a rather different route to Heathrow than was usual. Although we arrived on time, this caused me stress during the journey. But that aside, the driver was courteous, drove very well and the car was clean and comfortable.”

“It was a lovely servcie. It came late a few times with pickup from heathrow but that was due to the London Trafic only. Otherwise lovely service and fast response on the phone.”

“Good pick up but the Vito was quite old and smaller than the one that dropped us off but we didn’t pay for the exec Vito so fair enough. Driver was nice and got us home without conversation which was fantastic.”

“Booking was easy and the driver was there early and the journey was good. Comment for the company - the estimated time for pick-up is not something within the control of the passenger because it depends on when they can be let through border control and luggage collection. If they have given an estimate based on their previous experience, and now they are late based on circumstances beyond their control, adding an extra 15 GBP is not helpful specially if they are already paying nearly 170. Please develop a more sustainable solution.”

“Generally, reliable and affordable rides to/from Airports as well as between locations in London and longer distance drives from London. I especially appreciated quick online quote and booking as well as ease of contact on WhatsApp.”

“I have used your service moving between LGW and LHR and vis versa a number of times and have had great service every time. The cars are on time, clean and modern, drivers are from diverse backgrounds and always great to chat with. Through schedule changes I have had to change times on a couple of occasions and this has been handled efficiently with no issues and no extra charges. I fill very few of these surveys in, but am happy to do so in this instance due to the consistant high quality of service I have received over multiple occassions.”

“Efficient service - website a little glitchy. Excellent drivers although LHR pickup has driver at incorrect terminal. All in all, a good experience and reasonable pricing.”

“Driver was extremely nice and The car was very nice. It was a 2.5 hour trip though, and he did not use air conditioning, and I was sweating by the time I got to the airport.... not sure why no AC? Overall, good experience.”
