“Pickup went well. The airline was so delayed in getting out luggage out. We could tell how frustrated the driver was, but it was totally out of our control. He did a great job maneuvering through the traffic mess in Southhampton.”

“Everything went as planned. The only minor problem was the fact that the driver was supposed to call us when he arrived at the cruise terminal. His phone used "Whats App", but we didn't know this, we didn't turn on our "Whats App" account (we were using our AT&T international plan). So, the driver had to go to the terminal to look for us. He found us and everything else went well from there. Thanks for your service.”

“We scheduled a pick-up from Southhampton cruise terminal to Heathrow Airport. The driver was very prompt and loaded our bags for us, which were pretty heavy. We got picked up in a Mercedes car, for two adults with two large suitcases and backpack carryons. Everything fit. I was satisfied with the service b/c the driver got us to where we needed to be on time. I give this four stars b/c the inside of the car had a strong body odor and it was quite warm. We rolled the window down a bit to allow cooler air and to reduce the strong odor. The inside of the car was clean, but the outside of the car was quite dirty. The driver was very quiet and did not engage in any conversation. Nothing wrong with the transportation and I'd use the company again. The purpose was to get from the cruise terminal to the airport on time and we did.”

“Excellent communication, easy to access directly to speak to people. Really friendly helpful drivers on outward and inbound. Only fault would be I’m quite a nervous passenger and the return journey was perhaps a bit speedy and braking distances were very tight!!”
