“The driver that met us was polite, helpful and a good communicator. We did have an issue with finding him. We were standing at the designated spot for over an hour. He arrived at the time he was supposted to however, did not try to find us at the curb. He did try to contact us by phone / What's App however, we were out of WiFi reach. His instructions were to hold up a sign with our names which he didn't do. He said he was there for a half hour before I found him in his vehical. We kept our eyes open for him and knocked on several vehical windows looking for him. He was up ahead of everyone else so I didn't see the vehical. Would have helped out a lot if he got out of the vehical and looked for us.”

“The pickup at the airport was not there with sign. I rang and we had to walk to car park to meet. Otherwise or dinner was pleasant. Our return journey arrived at hotel on time and was pleasant. However, the car smelled strongly of tobacco. We were dropped at Birmingh airport dropped off point which was a 10 minute walk from the airport. One of our group is older and less mobile. For the price I expected to be dropped closer to the airport. I gave been dropped nearly at the door previously .”

“We were drop off at the wrong terminal and didn't realize until we were in that long line and we had to get to terminal 3 which was printed on the paper that he had. this cause stress because we didnt have a lot time to get to terminal 3 ....”

“Good service. But charge for waiting is extra and too much for too little time. If you get delayed in immigration then you will be paying a lot for the waiting time.”

“Pickup was a little bit fraught as didn't hear anything (no pickup confo) and came out and had to find driver. But otherwise was good.”
