“We recently coordinated transportation for a group of 19 people traveling to London. It involved numerous reservations. We wish to share our collective experiences with respect to this service. Those that say something (complain), care and would like to affect change. The drivers were courteous and polite, but let me relay my frustrations in the service department. The drivers were personable and polite, but not my definition of professionalism; thus causing frustration with the service. The following is the service received. • Eight people were left waiting 1 and a half hours for pick. • Driver was too late to park and meet passengers at designated spot. Passenger ended up putting the suitcases in the trunk, jumped into the car while in traffic, horns honking at them. • The van provided was too small for five passengers and their luggage, and although everything fit inside, the driver declined to take them to their destination due to safety issues. Had to pay extra for last-minute transport, but the company did not reimburse us for the unused service. • In transporting 14 people to cruise port from hotel, two 8 passenger vans showed up (not a minibus as indicated on reservation) luggage stacked everywhere. With the passenger’s help, one van was successful in correct drop off point. The other van dropped passengers off at the wrong cruise line; requiring two taxis (7 people) at an extra $20 cost to reach the right drop off point. I didn't expect so many issues with the service. It caused additional stress and undo anxiety. The carriers hired are either overbooking or not preplanning committed jobs. I do not recommend this service to transport larger numbers of people.”

“para la recogida llegaron 45 minutos… para la recogida llegaron 45 minutos tarde, en la vuelta llegaron con un vehiculo más pequeño del contratado. Mal servicio de horario en la llegada e incumplieron las condiciones del contrato en el modelo del vehiculo de vuelta.”

“Driver good. Drove very fast It’s the 2nd time we’ve used them and both times they tried to get us to upgrade the vehicle size for luggage unnecessarily, which I suspect is to make more money.”

“The experience of the pickup from the Cruise terminal in Southhampton to Heathrow airport was not too good on 1 July. On our request from we should be picked up from the Cruise terminal in Southhampton and our cruise ship is PRINCESS. We wait for more than 30 minutes on the cruise terminal. And later we found out that the driver was waiting on the disembarkment side P & O cruise ship of the same cruise terminal. NOT PRONCESS CRUISE SHIP Either the driver did not ask for the name of the cruise ship he should be looking for or Airport pick up forgot to give the driver all the necessary information.”
