“Our pick up was on time. The gentleman was very polite. His van was very clean. I had no issue with him, but we had ordered an executive coach which we had not received so I spoke to the office and they will reimburse me that amount but otherwise it was wonderful service and we would use it again when we come back.”

“Booking process was easy and being able to contact the driver via whatsapp on the day of arrival makes it easier and stress free. The driver was courteous and friendly, and came earlier than the appointed time after seeing that my flight arrived earlier than scheduled. That was nice and as he was already waiting for me when I got to the meeting place. I would have given a 5 star rating had the driver not talked on the phone while driving.”

“Overall great experience with reliable service. We had a little hiccup with booking car service to the airport on our last day, so just make sure you receive a confirmation when booking!”

“On the positive side competitive prices, easy booking, phones are answered, comfortable cars, safe drivers, reliable pickup. Only drawbacks 1. No standardized Satnav, one driver got hopelessly lost and the cheap satnav on his phone didn't help. 2. Some drivers arrive 15 minutes after the pickup time to ensure they dont overstay the parking.”

“Uor pickup was on time and friendly. Our only (small) issue was being dropped offf on the back side of our hotel and at the front of the hotel. We had to walk around the hotel with our suitcases to get to the front.”

“Pickup was prompt. The car was spacious and quiet. The only odd thing was the driver “forgot to take his wallet” so I ended up paying the Heathrow minimum parking fee.”

“I am a big fan of airport pickups but it would be a 5 star review if I was collected on time. Each collection I have had, had to be chased up by phone. Same excuse ‘traffic was bad’ I am sure as seasoned Heathrow professionals you will know how to avoid that.”

“Communication and pick up at Heathrow were seamless. Vehicle was clean, spacious and driver friendly. Return pick up communication prior to day was also wonderful. But our driver was 14 minutes late with no heads up which made us nervous as we frantically contacted company. He was apop”

“Overall the experience was fine, the booking was great, the email and confirmation was excellent, easy and secure payment and we got to our destination in a timely manner. The only issue was meeting our driver at Heathrow. He made contact via WhatsApp and I let him know our eta and where we were, even letting him know we were coming out of baggage claim and through the exit - he, however, was nowhere to be seen. I texted him again and he stated he was in the coffee shop!”
