“Driver was great but she left me off at Kings Cross it wasn’t until I got into KC did I get told I needed to be at San Pancreas. I made the train but it was tighter then planned”

“Driver was not happy to drive two hours to my destination without a return fare planned. He was a pretty impatient driver. Drove like a bat out of hell. And I’m a fast driver.”

“The driver that picked us up was very prompt and communicated with us regularly after we landed providing instructions on where to meet. He was very polite and personable and had a good knowledge of the local roads around Heathrow to save us getting stuck in traffic on the M4.”

“Our arrival was slightly difficult, as I had provided an incorrect phone number so we could not be contacted,and our driver did not come inside to the pickup point where we expected to meet him. Our return was perfect and both drivers were extremely pleasant.”
