I made a booking for an executive car pick up through Booking.com. The driver was not at arrivals to meet me when I came through (on time) as agreed. He was late and couldn’t park. I had to try and find him in two car parks and eventually did 30 minutes later. The vehicle was incorrect. I paid for an executive car and was informed it would be a BMW 5 Series but this was a people carrier - a different ride all together. So, the service and car I paid for and was expecting was not delivered. All in all a terrible experience that wasn’t cheap. I would not recommend Airport Pickups London - get an Uber!

#airportpickuplondon Do not schedule any service with this company. Charged for the service but never Received. I got stranded in a USA airport with 2 small kids. Called customer service and let them know our flight disruption. They acknowledged our flight cancellation and said they will follow up for flight change and pick up. However, instead, they put a no show on my service and didnt provided the pick up. Dishonest

We arrived after having constant communication with taxi company. Airport Pickups London booked through Booking.com.... After we arrived at arrivals they advised us that the "terms & conditions" stated 60minutes after landing ONLY... Unacceptable...

I've used this service numerous time without and trouble but when things go wrong they go really wrong. I scheduled an airport transfer for visiting relatives recently. The driver showed up late and groggy and proceeded to get lost on the way to Heathrow. The added drive time caused my family to miss their flight. Airport Pickups London did not take responsibility for this mistake and did not reimburse me for the substantial added expenses. If you're in the business of getting people to the airport you have to get them to the airport or take responsibility - it's as simple as that. Overall this was a very poor experience and I'm not convinced their drivers have been vetted properly.

Driver turned up 40 minutes late to Heathrow for a trip to Gatwick to catch another flight, which had been booked weeks in advance. Dispatch never contacted me to tell me the driver was delayed. After I called them (after initially waiting 10 minutes) they said it would be 15 minutes, but that ended up being a gross understatement. After getting off a 10 hour plane flight, stressing about our connection was awful for myself, wife and two children. No real apologies, no offer of a discount or compensation. It's basically inexcusable for a company, whose sole purpose is to pick people up from airports, to be late, especially due to traffic. which was their excuse. With today's technology, I could even look at the traffic, but there is no way the driver should have even been in any traffic if he had even hoped to be on time. And dispatch should have used the same information to dispatch another driver. Basic incompetence all round, without a sniff of accountability.
