“Our driver was on time and efficient getting us through to Gatwick during one of the train strikes. Our only issue was that at times he seemed to lose focus on the road and it felt a little scary.”

“This was our 2nd pickup in London between airports. For the first one we had direct communication with the driver via WhatsApp which made it easier to find each other. For this one, I had to hunt down the number for the business and call them in order to get a phone number for the driver, and then had to call the driver. This, combined with flight delays and technical mishaps at immigration for which the rides company does not bear responsibility, made finding and knowing where the driver was unnecessarily difficult and confusing. However once we had found each other, the driver did a great job and got us from Gatwick to Heathrow just in time.”

“I had booked a Deluxe 4WD @ 72GBP, but was got sent a Sedan, this wasn't communicated, hence should have cost less. I have been using Airport Pickups since 2014 I guess. The good side of the service was the driver was great, on time and helpful. Good to see a communication on WhatsApp from your end . Thanks”

“The first person who took me from Heathrow to excel was very nice, lot of different drinks offered. Whe discussed and I thank him. The return was a disappointment great driver but not so nice.”
