“Reliable as always and proactive with communication when slightly delayed. Pleasant and service-oriented driver, comfortable and clean car.”

“Booking was straight forward. Responses were curtious and punctual. Car was nice and clean. Helpful and careful driver. All in all , exactly what i was wanting and expecting. Only downside is the worry of being delayed by airport proceedures though not the passengers fauly will result in extra costs”

“Otherwise OK but on return trip the car was smaller than expected. Not really space for 8 with suitcases, it was tight for 5 with packages.”

“The driver pulled up right at 9am and didn’t answer my text sent 15 min prior to see if he was near. We booked an executive car but he didn’t provide what we would consider executive service. Not arriving 5-10 min prior to pick up, no bottles of water, didn’t ask us if the car temperature was ok, or what we preferred to listen to. He was nice enough, it was just stressful when he couldn’t be reached or tracked, and he didn’t recover from that with me. All and all it was fine, and I would recommend your service.”
