“I cannot fault yor general service and competence of your drivers, however, when travelling between Heathrow and Gatwick last week we considered the car to be a little on the small side. My son is rather big and I had my knee strapped and for different reasons found it difficult to get in the back of the car.”

“Although we had to wait 15 minutes, and were unsure if we should keep waiting in the meet and greet area (why give us the driver's car and license info unless we were to look for the driver curbside?), the driver was very pleasant and the ride was fine. All our luggage and carryons fir into the trunk wikth no problem.”

“The driver (783762) was falling asleep at the wheel i kept him awake by talking to him. Once he dropped us off i told the driver to get some sleep The driver (784179) was excellent”

“I would like to compliment the driver from our hotel to Heathrow. He was on time, actually waiting for us! However, the driver was late about 30 minutes for the airport pickup. I must admit our plane was a few minutes early. Overall, the drivers and cars were excellent.”

“Driver was abput 30 minutes late arriving at St Pancras and map provided was not correct. There is no Costa coffee shop on St Pancras which made us all very nervous since we also arrived 5 minutes late.”

“Initially the company was asking waiting charges however on request it was waived overall it was good. The delay was not from my side it was immigration took time after a slight delay of flight. Thanks”

“Pickup went well. The airline was so delayed in getting out luggage out. We could tell how frustrated the driver was, but it was totally out of our control. He did a great job maneuvering through the traffic mess in Southhampton.”
