“Driver a little late but apparently caused by an accident so no harm, no foul.”

“Driver was excellent in most challenging situation. An accident on M4 caused a 4 hour delay to Heathrow. His patience and common sense prevailed throughout finally dropping me at a hotel having missed my flight. As always with Airport Pickups the driver had arrived in good time!!”

“Pickup from LHR was on time even though I was late out of the terminal. Pickup from south London to LHR was 30 minutes late but it was because of a major early morning accident that closed the M4. But my driver made good time using the M25 to get me to the airport with plenty of time to spare. All worked out well.........”

“Excellent airport pickup service. The driver arrived on time, was polite and professional, and made the journey comfortable and pleasant. The car was clean, and the ride was smooth from start to finish. Everything was well organized, and communication was excellent. “We contracted Airport pickups for 2 different rides. Both drivers were very prompt and professional. Vehicles were clean and both offered water. We went for the larger size vehicles as we had a lot of luggage( 4 Large bags) The roominess and extra leg room for my 6’3” husband was welcomed.”
