“Our driver was waiting for me to arrive and clear immigration. He kept in contact with me and promptly collected my bags and put them in the car. He was very polite and knowledgeable about London. I would definitely use this service again if I were to return.”

“My driver called to see how I was getting on while waiting for my suitcases. I was greeted by him hold a plack with my name. I was taken to the car and my suitcases where take and put in the car. The car was clean and comfortable. I felt sophisticated. I would use Air Pickup London again. Please keep up your standards. The oly issue is I couldn't track the driver as they say you can. And would be a good if you could share your journey with friends or family”

“Airport pickups London were on time and got us to their airport in comfort. We were a little disapointed that the provided child seat was not instaled prioir to pick up however I was able to complete this quickly and get on the way. I will be using APL for my next transfer.”

“This is our 4th time using Airport Pickups London and we always recommend to our friends. Every driver we’ve had has been kind and helpful. They communicate well and have always been accommodating. We travel with children and a lot of bags and we’ve never had an issue. Our driver is always there waiting and gets us safely where we need to go. Could not recommend them more for your airport transfers!”

“We used this Taxi service from Southampton port back to Heathrow airport! Would use them again. On time, great service, cheaper than the price cruise ship was offering! Our driver was also lovely!”

“This company is fantastic, very efficient, reliable and detailed oriented making the experience trouble free and smooth. The drivers are so professional right down to their attire. They are kind, helpful with luggage, safe, punctual, and talkative if you want. Also, the office is available readily for any possible issues, and to make adjustments if possible. A person actually answers the phone, and/or they respond to a text immediately. I cannot say enough about this company and would not book with anyone else. This trip we had multiple transports needed for various number of passengers and luggage, and we booked with this company for all 6 of those trips. Thank you Airport Pickups-London.”
