“I had mixed up dates on the reservation and had us returning to Heathrow on the same day as arriving. Luckily the team caught the error and reached out. We were arriving with new coworkers for a conference in Wales and the mix up would have been very embarrassing on my end. Kudos to the staff for flagging the issue and fixing up my mistake. Driver was extremely polite and skilled in navigating the route.”

“We've used Airport Pickups before, as the drivers are always punctual, friendly and the office (and the drivers) do everything to keep you updated as to when the driver is going to arrive. The various ways you can communicate with the office and the driver, means that you are never kept wondering when your car is going to arrive. A really good service.”

“Booking process was easy and being able to contact the driver via whatsapp on the day of arrival makes it easier and stress free. The driver was courteous and friendly, and came earlier than the appointed time after seeing that my flight arrived earlier than scheduled. That was nice and as he was already waiting for me when I got to the meeting place. I would have given a 5 star rating had the driver not talked on the phone while driving.”

“The driver Dragos was absolutely on point. So friendly and very very calm. He kept us informed why he wasn't at Greggs and he sent WhatsApps to inform how long, 5 mins away, entering the terminal in 1 minute etc. He offered to carry out bags and told us to wait when we got to the parking so he could bring the car to us. Super clean well ventilated car and he looked very fresh. Great conversationalist after he dropped off my sister and she and I were no longer chatting. Waited for her to get inside before he drove off. Top bloke. Would definitely ask for him again for future pick ups.”
