“Airport Pickups did an outstanding job picking up my wife and I. They tracked our flight like they said they would. Upon arrival I received a call arranging pickup since we landed early. The driver was very professional and nice. His car was clean well maintained and smelled good, we had smooth ride to our hotel. Thank you.”

“Have used their service a couple of times in the past, but had a bad experience recently where they charged 15£ extra for a small cabin bag, even though it fit perfectly fine in the car boot with other bags. This was not mentioned anywhere while booking. Never had such an issue with apps like Uber where I had to pay extra for the luggage based on count and not the size.”

“The driver that met us was polite, helpful and a good communicator. We did have an issue with finding him. We were standing at the designated spot for over an hour. He arrived at the time he was supposted to however, did not try to find us at the curb. He did try to contact us by phone / What's App however, we were out of WiFi reach. His instructions were to hold up a sign with our names which he didn't do. He said he was there for a half hour before I found him in his vehical. We kept our eyes open for him and knocked on several vehical windows looking for him. He was up ahead of everyone else so I didn't see the vehical. Would have helped out a lot if he got out of the vehical and looked for us.”

“Everything was handled perfectly. Kenan was professional, friendly, on time, communicated with me while awaiting our exit from baggage claim. Our ride was very clean and well maintained. He provided a cooler of drinks for us as well. Our trip from Heathrow to our hotel in Southampton was very smooth and well maintained felt comfortable the whole trip. Highly recommend.”

“Our driver Dan did an outstanding job in getting us to Heathrow on the day the tube workers went on strike. Normal drive time from our hotel is 45 minutes to 1 hour but on this day it took 3 hours and 10 minutes due traffic backups. We missed our flight (not Dan’s fault) but were able to book another flight. Dan sent us a WhatsApp message to check on us. That is outstanding service. I definitely recommend Airport Pickups London.”
