“I had a great airport pickup experience. The driver was on time and gave me a call to let me know he had arrived at the airport. He was waiting with a name board, which made it easy to find him, and he also helped with my luggage and carried it to the car. Overall, everything went smoothly and the service was excellent. A very pleasant experience.”

“I asked them to alter a pick up. That was not possible unless done through booking.com. I ended up having to try and cancel booking which I had already pair for and make a fresh booking. The booking showed I could cancel up to 2 hours before. Now they will not contact booking.com to arrange the refund. They have stopped communicating. I am nearly £50 out of pocket. Shows a lack of integrity. Booking.com have reiterated that they have not responded to e mail authorising the refund.”
