I ordered 3 of these for Father’s Day I rushed delivered it way more then 2 weeks before and I still did not receive them!!! At this point I do t want or need them I want a refund!!! Horrible site

Really disappointing for the money. Within an hour of the bride first receiving the Air Bod, air was escaping from the valve. Was deflated for the entire Hen.

Irish customers beware... Instruction to send picture to customize product was unclear, i had to contact the team twice to ensure they had the picture. It wasn't posted in time to arrive between the dates that they said I'd have it by. I haven't even received the product yet as it is held by customs and there's an extra charge of €10! The hen was over by the time i received notification from customs.

possible fake reviews, I wanted to love this company and its products. Unresponsive customer service. Takes your money then doesn't respond when you reach out to make sure they have your photos since I still have not received a shipping email a MONTH+ after I submitted order. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I didn’t receive my order within the 8 working days as stated. I am awaiting a response on email and Instagram. I do not believe the item has been delivered yet

Leider verlor die herrenpuppe bereits 2 Tage nach Füllung Luft die Naht war wohl nicht in Ordnung Die Puppen sind eigentlich sehr schön aber die zusätzlichen Gebühren und der zusätzliche Zoll machen das Produkt viel zu teuer meinen Hinweis das das Gesicht knauserig war haben sie wohl auch nicht geglaubt Schade viele bekannte haben mich danach gefragt aber ich kann das Produkt nicht weiterempfehlen

Product was of good quality but arrived many days late so the event had been and gone. I deliberately didn't do a review previously as don't usually like to moan but I've been sent multiple emails keep asking me to review so have done now

They did not help me when I sent them a message through Etsy showing what I asked to be ordered. I explained to them the personalization for my item that I wanted through the Etsy messaging because I was not given optionality on the website. They sent me the wrong one, and when I routed them to the message I sent on Etsy, just seconds after my order that they did not see (which is their job and their burden), they didn't care, correct it, or return me my money. Horrible customer service.

Was really pleased when it arrived, kept in original packaging. On the day of the hendo took it out to blow up and could hear air escaping, we tried to cover the what we thought was a small puncture with a plaster, but just went flat. A huge disappointment for the price

Absolutely awful service, ordered one for my soon to be wife's hen do, I ordered it two weeks before as it says it was 5-7day delivery. I didn't get any emails to tell me about delays or anything and it arrived just over two weeks later. I did get a full refund but only after I asked for it twice they did not offer a refund at all. Would never use them again.

Poor customer experience. Your sales process was okay until after payment. There is limited delivery information and your website stated you do next day delivery for UK customers but there was no options other than 5-7 working days when processing my payment. The item then took even longer to arrive despite considering all bank holidays.
