“This is the second time I’ve made a purchase and the experience was very different from the first (which was good). The website was incredibly glitchy and frustrating, accurately placing the personalised photo was a nightmare and I only persevered with it because I was happy with my first purchase. When I finally got to the payment page where you can review your purchase, the product looked different so had to re-do it several times. I finally made the purchase and received confirmation of my order via email, however, the personalised photo wasn’t correct. I immediately sent an email explaining my order hadn’t gone through correctly. Next day I receive an email advising product had been despatched. Later on I received a reply to my email saying item had already been dispatched. So it was a case of waiting to see what arrives which isn’t great as I feel the product is expensive. Thankfully the product arrived with correct personalised image. On a positive note the delivery was very fast.”

“I was looking for something unique for one of by bestie's big 50 and found Air Bod. Looking at all the reviews and others posting their pics, I loved the idea! The website is great and easy to maneuver making the design and ordering process excellent. I love how you're able to preview your design in 360 mode! I was nervous how the head position was going to be, but it came out perfect. Highly recommend for a fun, one of a kind memento!!”
