“I would love to review my product but I haven’t received it. The only email I have received is a confirmation email that the order was received. I understand that it is the holidays but do not send me a review if the expected time for me to have my product is here.”

“Haven't recieved it yet. Has been held in customs for days now (should only take 24hrs to process). Event is this weekend and not looking like we will have it at all. Pretty disappointed.”
