Ever so sorry, unfortunately it appears that there was a huge delay with the courier as this was shipped on the 12th June and I can see it was delivered on the 28th. Apologies for any inconvenience and hope you liked your Air Bod.

“Still haven't received order. Placed order June 9th. Today is June 23rd and I paid extra for "Arrives within 8-10 business days. This was for an engagement party that was this past weekend so I will be asking for a refund.”

“Wrong item sent, customer service has been claiming for weeks they are sending correct item. Still no tracking or confirmation it was sent. Very disappointed, I was really looking forward to having these for the event.”

“Having ordered this item for my daughter’s birthday it failed to arrived. No communication from sender to state the materials were unavailable until I chased it 3 times. When the item arrived 3 weeks after the due date it had marks on the face and arm. The only positive experience was that I had a full refund after sending another email with my dissatisfaction with the item.”

“Terrible customer service. I've waited days for response and they did not deliver on time. All attempts to discuss early to make plans for our event went unattended. Most unreliable and poor experience ever. Will never use and will recommend against relying on them.”
