Absolutely awful service, ordered one for my soon to be wife's hen do, I ordered it two weeks before as it says it was 5-7day delivery. I didn't get any emails to tell me about delays or anything and it arrived just over two weeks later. I did get a full refund but only after I asked for it twice they did not offer a refund at all.
Would never use them again.
